Why is Jessica a Catholic?

by Steve Ray on June 26, 2007

After being raised by a rabble-rouser father who became a strict anti-Catholic Baptist minister after a near-death experience, how did Jessica break free to become a Catholic? This is a fast-paced interesting story. Thanks Jessica — and welcome home! Click here. For hundreds of other stories, click here.

I appreciate these stories, but would it be possible to offer them in text or html format instead of or in addition to the pdf stone engraving? :)

If I put them up in text format, I loose the formatin, pictures, etc. I used to put them up in Word Docs or HTML but with PDFs the formating remains and it is not editable by others. So, I have been using PDF for the number of advantages it has over the other formats. Plus it is very easy and available free to everyone.

Well, technically, there are online pdf converters that would allow people to edit the text.

The reason I ask, is that it’s just so easy to grab text and paste it into small font in columns with small margins so you can read it on the run on a single piece of paper. That, and pdf files are kinda awkward to read and deal with. I doubt too many people would want to edit conversion stories for nefarious purposes. I’m not sure what mischief they could get into. ;)

Anyway, just a minor suggestion.
