Charged for not providing Contraception Coverage?

Belmont Abbey may be charged in court for discriminating against women by not including contraceptives in its health insurance. This is a BAD precedent! For more info click here.

The John William Pope Center, dedicated to the advancement of higher education in North Carolina, has commented on the case of Belmont Abbey College, a Catholic school that faces federal discrimination charges for dropping contraceptive coverage from the staff health-care package. The Center sees the federal complaint as a serious threat to religious freedom:

So many insurance companies don’t cover things necessary for good health and so many necessary procedures for human health, yet, its contraceptives that can kill babies at the earliest stages of life that land someone in court.
