Mud, Sore Knees and Exercize

by Steve Ray on August 22, 2009

I wore running shoes that caused Achilles Heel tendonitis which will take a week more to heal. So I decided to try bike riding in the meantime.

Here is my first attempt and adventure!

I had achilles tendinitis once. It hurt like the dickens. I couldn’t move for a month. And you know how I got it? Running. Running may well be an evil of the devil. It hurts you.

Good job Steve. My husband rides his bike around town a lot. I don’t think he ever goes 7.5 miles though. How long did it take you to ride?
