Great talk, Steve. I am glad that men like you are out there encouraging the young people who will be our next generation of faithful Catholics.
I hope that if some day I stand trembling before the barrel of a .45 pointed between my eyes, that God will give me the grace to respond to the insistence of denying Christ by saying “Let every mouth proclaim, to the glory of God the Father, that Jesus Christ is Lord!”
Only with God’s grace could any man or woman face the red martyrdoms you described in your talk. And yes, I do believe that we are going to see them.
Perhaps someday I can go to Israel with you. That would be so cool. Keep up the good work for the Lord and thanks for everything. It was the good brothers and sisters on the forum board who helped birth me into the fullness of the Christian faith.
