Fortnight for Freedom

by JesseRay on June 23, 2012

All across our country thousands of Catholics and other Christians are gathering to re-kindle strength to defend our God given right to religious freedom. Make no mistake–we are in the midst of a war. The sounds of battle may be muffled by the noises of daily life, but we need to stop and pay attention. [...]

Don’t Watch this Video; Too Gruesome

by Steve Ray on June 20, 2012

I do not recommend watching the video. It is brutal. A man being killed in the Muslim country of Tunisia. His crime? He converted to Christianity. I suggest you read the text but not watch the video. But just the picture shows us what we are up against. Where is the outcry against this kind [...]

I hope you are aware of the battle going on right here within the borders of our United States. As my own pastor Fr. Ed Fride recently said, “When they took God out of our schools and we did nothing. Next they took God out of our government, and we still did nothing. Now they [...]

Why would a big corporation trying to sell to the wide cross-section of America alienate a huge part of their customers? Stupidity or pressure from the Gay Lobby is probably the answer. We used to buy a lot at Target as a family with ten grandchildren. But, as of today we will NOT set foot [...]

People often have regrets. “I wish I had ….!”  If only we had ….!” Your grandkids or fellow Christians may say to you some day in the future — “You could have stopped it! Why didn’t you do anything? Why did you just sit by and let this happen? Now it is too late.”

Today I ran-walked around Ave Maria Town in Florida (surgery on my knee Wednesday and then no run-walk, just run!). I spoke on Mary twice yesterday at the university conference on Mary. There were about 300 people attending which was not bad since it was their first every Marian Conference and had very little prep [...]

Attacked by Tolerance

by JesseRay on May 15, 2012

TFP (Tradition, Family & Property) is a solid group of young Catholic men who are spreading our Christian message in a peaceful way. Yet they are met with the forces of evil masquerading under the false auspices of “Tolerance.” This video will open your eyes to the bigotry, hate, and violence of the pro-gay movement. [...]

Call or write if YOUR senator is Catholic and “supported” the bill – praise and thank him. But, if your Catholic Senator “opposed” the bill to protect Freedom of Religion then call and tell them you are disappointed. Those who opposed have acted against the Catholic Church and against the Constitutional. For more info and [...]

Some call it judging or meddling, others say, “mind your own business” but the Pope calls it mercy. In a recent message for Lent the Holy Father said, “The Church’s tradition has included ‘admonishing sinners’ among the spiritual works of mercy. It is important to recover this dimension of Christian charity. We must not remain [...]

This is a good review of the issues from Chuck Colson. Prepare for civil disobedience.

Seeing 400,000 Protesting Abortion in Washington

by Steve Ray on January 23, 2012

If you are interested in seeing a little bit of the March for Life, this is the link.  As usual the weather is miserable, but they expect over 400,000 people, but what is most encouraging is that 75% of them are young people.

This morning President Obama called New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan to break the news. (Announced by www.CatholicVote.org) Secretary of Health and Human Services and pro-abortion Catholic Kathleen Sebelius just announced that the proposed mandate requiring all insurance plans to pay for contraception, sterilization and some abortion drugs is official — and Catholics cannot escape. …and [...]

Abort the Baby or Be a Devoted, Blessed Father?

by Steve Ray on January 3, 2012

This was an very moving and motivational video. It shows the difference a Pro-life philosophy can make in many peoples’ lives. A boy with no eyes and disfunctional limbs that in most cases would be aborted. But watch …
